Screen Section

Screen Section

Haver Wire Cloth Screen Sections made from steel and stainless steel for all types of sieving machines.
Round sieves of high carbon and stainless steel wire cloth for the mining industry.
Wire cloth for sieves and filters, calendered and sintered wire cloth for composite materials.

Misterscreen (Demister Pad)

Misterscreen fabric offers a highly efficient method of seperating liquid droplets from vapour. The droplets impinge on the wire filaments and are retained until they collect and run down the wires, but the free vapour easily passes through the aperatures in the mesh. Gravity will then cause the liquid to drop below the misterscreen pad.

Knitmesh

Knitmesh

Knitmesh is an efficent packing material for distillation columns which operates under vaccum and at atmospheric pressures. The mesh disperses the liquid in a thin film and prevent "dry" surfaces and chanelling which occurs in less efficent packing.
Multifilament meshes give the best results due to their capillary action. Free volume of upto 95% can be achieved with filament surfaces areas of upto 1600 square metres per cubic metre.
