TUBE
GUIDE (PILOT):
The
plug consists of an aluminium tapered nose with a replaceable
nylon brush attached. For easy inserting of tubes required
to pass through tube sheets & baffle plates. Size available
1/2" of to 2" OD tubes.

ENDFACER:
This tool is suitable for facing tube ends
flush to the tube sheet by the addition of a shroud will
trim tube ends which project from tube sheet. By changing
the pilot bush, the tool can be adapted to suit any particular
gauge for a specific size.
Facers supplied with hexagonal shank.s Facers also available
with round shank and morse taper / square shank.
