Seamless Precision Steel Tubes:

Applications:

  1. Hydraulic Tubing
  2. High Pressure Diesel Fuel Injection Tubing
  3. Tubes for general engineering applications

Specifications:

DIN-2391, DIN-2445, DIN-17175, DIN-1630, DIN-1629.
ASTM A-179, 192, 199, 200, 209, 210, 213, 334
IS- 3601, BS 980, BS 3059, etc.

INSTRUMENTATION TUBES:

These are thin walled small dia tubes with specific hardness requirement for ferruiling. Instrumentation tubes can be made avaliable as per specific hardness requirement of customers. S.S. Instrumentation tubes as per ASTM- A- 269 are also avaliable.

FERRITIC STAINLESS STEEL:

These are lowest alloyed, straight chromium stainless steel tubes. They replace carbon steel and low alloy steel where corrosion resistance and high strength are essential. Some of the grades exhibit excellent combination of toughness and strength which are developed through heat treatment. Due to its low cost and high corrosion resistance, these tubes find wide applications such as automotive, exhaust, surgical equipment, household appliances etc. These tubes are magnetic.

SS 409
It is non-hardenable Cr stainless steel without Nickel, primarily used in automobile exhaust system.

SS 410S
It is general purpose corrosion resistant and heat resistant stainless steel, having fair machining properties.

SS 430
It is a straight chromium stainless steel with corosion and heat resistance. These are normally used in annealed condition and are widely used for catering equipment, vehicle rim, washing machine, water heater etc.
