TRANSFORMER OIL FILTRATION & DEHYDRATION PLANTS(SINGLE STAGE):

These plants are designed for filtration and Dehydration of Power and distribution Transformers and oil in Tank. These plants can also be used for hot oil circulation in transformers and Transformer drying. These plants are available SERIES S(Stationery units),Series P (units in castors) & Series M(units in trailer)

The plant will be mobile type moounted on castor wheels.It will also be suitable for conditioning of hydraulic and turbine oil.It will also remove suspended impurities colloidal carbon,dust,rust,scales etc. It will also remove moisture,volatile matters.It will mainly consist of following components:

* Oil Transfer & Circulation System:The plants will have two pumps for oil transfer & circulation.Both pumps will be positive displacement gear type,directly coupled with electric motor.The plant will have necessary valves & piping to ensure easy operation & maintenance.

* Heating System:The plant will have an insulated heater chamber with indirect type bobbin heaters for heating of oil upto 80 degree centigrades, how ever the working temperature for filtration will be 55 degree centigrade.Heater pipes will be finned to have more efficient heat transfer.Temperature will be controlled with thermostat or TIC.

* Filtration System:The plant will have 3 stage filtration system.In Pre-filter coarse particles along with magnetic particles.Intermidiate filter will be provided to increase the life of fine filter & it will remove particles upto 100 microns.Fine Filter will remove all solid impurities like coloidal carbon,oxidation sludge,dust/burr.It will be easily replaceable.Compound gauge will be provided to indicate the dirt accumulation in fine filter.Fine filter will also act as dispersing media in degassing chamber.

* Degassing Chamber & Vacuum System :The oil dispersed while passing through fine filter will be sprayed on raschig ring tray to have an exposure of oil film to vacuum,beacause of which moisture removal rate will be increased.Degassing chamber will be evacuated with rotary oil sealed vacuum pump,moisture trap,valves etc.

* The plants will have centralized CONTROL PANEL,Gauges & instruments to ensure easy & fool proof operation of the plant.

* OPTIONAL FEATURES: Transformer Evacuation System,Ionoc Reaction Column,Spirafuge(for coarse seperation), etc. can be provided on request.

* THESE PLANTS ARE SUITABLE FOR HYDRAULIC OIL, TURBINE OIL, THERMIC FLUID, etc.
TRANSFORMER OIL FILTRATION & DEHYDRATION PLANTS(TWO STAGE):

These plants work on high Vacuum and are designed for Filtration & Dehydration especially of Power Transformer at site.
