These joints are unrestrained against pressure thrust & are for use in correctly anchored & guided straight line systems.
 

Axial Expansion Joints

Sizes available: 25mm to 4.5metre N.B.
Pressure Ranges: upto 16kg/cm2 (special units for high pressures)
These are the simplest form manufactured from single and multi-ply elements and fitted with either flanges or pipe ends connection. These units are suitable for axial movements only, though in certain cases will take care of small lateral offset.

Twin Expansion Joints

Sizes available: 25mm to 4.5metre N.B.
Pressure Ranges: upto 2.5kg/cm2 & above.
Two bellows elements joined together by a center tube fitted with pipe ends or flanges. Capable of both axial & lateral movements because of tube instability & is limited to low pressure applications.
