Restrained Expansion Joints:

These joints contain the pressure thrust within the unit by means of ties bars or restraint lungs & are suitable for more complex piping systems.

				Woven Wire Cloth From wires as thick as 0.5mm dia. down to those finer than a human hair of only 0.025mm dia (25 microns) we supply all materials, such as Stainless Steel, Steel, Copper, Brass, Phosphor, Bronze, Nickel, Monel Silver and Plastics. The product can be supplied in Rolls


Twin Tied Expansions Joints 3 Tie Bars Sizes available: 25mm to 4.5metre N.B. Pressure Ranges: Upto 10kg/cm2 (special units for high pressure) Similiar to previous unit but having 3 tie bars at 120 degree capable of lateral movements in any plane. Pipe ends or flanges can be fitted.

		Hinged Expansions Joints Sizes available: 80mm-3metre N.B. Pressure Ranges: upto 40kg/cm2 (large sizes can be supplied) Designed for angular movements in one plane. A hinged mechanism contains the pressure loads & ties back to an integral flange or box restraint lug. Limit stops control the degree of angular movements. These units can be fitted with either pipe ends of flanges, can be supplied with two hinged system also.


Gimbal Expansion Joints Sizes available: 80mm-3metre N.B. Pressure Ranges: upto 40kg/cm2 (large sizes can be supplied) Designed for angular movements in any plane. installed in pairs or with a hinged unit which can accommodate large complex lateral movements at high pressure. Limits stops control degree of angulation.Fitted with either pipe ends of flanges


		Twin Hinged Expansion Joints Sizes available: 80mm-3metre N.B. Pressure Ranges: upto 40kg/cm2 (large sizes can be supplied) Two hinged joints are together by a center tube, allowing large lateral movements at high pressure & can be fitted with pipe ends or flanges. Limit stops control the degree of movements.


Pressure Balanced Expansion Joints Sizes, types & pressure ranges to suit specific applications. Pressure Balanced Bellows are used in piping systems where pressure loads are critical & where complex axial & lateral movements are involved when space is limited. Using a pressurised bellows outside the system to counteract forces generated by bellows inside the system, large axial and lateral movements can be absorbed.


		Rectangular/ Square Expansion Joints Can be supplied in wide size range. These Bellows have special application in Cement Industries
