Agro Chemicals, Dyes & Intermediates & Power Plants
etc.
FABRICATION
& ERECTION OF PIPING
Supply,
fabrication and erection of complete unit and piping work
for Refineries Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Chemical Plants,
Steel Plants, Polyester and Acrylic Fibre Plants, Liquefied
Petroleum Gas Installations, Oil and Gas Installations etc.
in different grade of material viz. Nickel, Stainless Steel,
Alloy Steel, Carbon Steel etc.
FABRICATION
OF STORAGE TANKS
Supply,
fabrication, erection, testing, calibration and painting
of product tanks for various utilities including associated
handling facilities. Tankage for storage of various (products
like Ammonia, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Fire Water etc.
for Fertilizers, Refineries, Chemicals and other related
plants has been constructed all over country. Material of
construction were stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum
etc. rubber lining of tanks is also carried out for tanks
storing corrosive liquids.
CIVIL
& STRUCTURAL
Civil & Structural works for composite plants
carrying out heavy foundation, complex structures, combined
civil and structural erection as well as high grade cast foundations
for rotary and static equipments.
HEAVY
LIFTS
The
facility of lifting heavy equipment with motorized winches
are available to cater heavy lift up to 200 MT maximum. The
Derricks are well designed to cater the services of various
heavy lift followed with auxiliary Derricks of lesser capacity.
Highly experienced managerial staffs are available to cater
various needs of heavy lifts.
RETROFITTING,
MODIFICATION & SHUTDOWN WORK
We
are involved in critical shutdown work involving remodeling,
retrofitting, replacement & rebuilding during shutdown
period in Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Chemicals, Fibre Plants,
Tyre Cord Plants, Steel Plants, Pharmaceuticals, Agro Chemicals,
Dyes & Intermediates & Power Plants managed with team
of experienced staff.
COMMISSIONING
In
construction contracts we undertake composite responsibility
till Commissioning of the plant. We have experienced engineers
followed up with supervisory staff having exposure/experience
in different projects covering Petrochemicals, Fertilizers,
Chemicals, Fibre Plants, Tyre Cord Plants, Steel Plants, Pharmaceuticals,
Agro Chemicals, Dyes & Intermediates & Power Plants
etc.
