Unitread 635
 The
electrohydraulic Unitread Truck Tyre Changer: 635 is
specially designed for Mounting and Demounting of commercial
tyres used on Trucks, Buses, T5rctors & Earth Moving Vehicles
with groove rim or split ring, tubed or tubeless.
The sliding table allows the wheel to be positioned easily
& accurately to the chuck jaws. The wide range & final precision
adjustment of the carriage ensure quick & accurate pick up
on the chuck jaws.
The Hydraulic self centering chuck locks rims from 14''
to 35''. Either on the inside of the rim or on the central
hole. It also rotates in either directions & has the added
benefit of two speeds.
For wheels upto the maximum diameter of 2300mm & a width
of 1065mm. A non return check valve on the self centering
chuck prevents the accidental release of the wheel while changing
operations are being carried out.
The pressure regulating valve enables the operator to work
with any kind of tyre without any risk of damage.
The bead breaking roller & mounting / demounting heads are
mounted together on one arm saving the necessity of clamping
the heads for each operations.
The mounting / demounting head can be raised or lowered
to the correct height in order that the bead breaker can be
best positioned against the tyre.
The mobile control central enables the operator to work
at any position around the machine. For a maximum safety,
the mobile control center is fed with a low voltage supply
( 24 V. ) and it is waterproof.
