The special innovative hydraulic mechanism, breaks the beads and loosen the rim effortlessly with no damage to the tyres, rims and tubes.

This machine is equipped to mount and demount the tyres effortlessly The sliding table allows the wheel to be positioned easily and accurately to the chuck jaws. The wide range and final precision adjustment of the carriage ensures quick and accurate pickup on the chuck jaws. The hydraulic chuck locks the rim from 16'' to 20'' on the central hole of the rim. A non return check valve on the self centering chuck prevents the accidental release of the wheel while changing operations are being carried out. The pressure regulating valve enables the operator to work with any kind of tyre without any risk of damage. The bead breaking roller and mounting / demounting head are mounted together on one arm saving the necessity of clamping the heads for each operations.

The mounting / demounting head can be raised or lowered to the correct height on order that the bead breaker can be best positioned. The mobile control center enables the operator to work at any position around the machine. For maximum safety, the mobile control center is fed with low voltage supply ( 24 V.) and it is waterproof.

These machines ensures no damage to tyre beads and tubes.
