Lubomatic Microfog Lubrication Systems

The microfog lubrication system is used to spray oil in microfog form to bearings, slides, rotating parts, moving parts and also for cooling of bearing, cutting tools. In this system, liquid is sucked from the reservoir to the chamber where it is converted to fog by controlled air. The machines where microfog lubrication is used are high-speed spindles, grinding machines, generator, centrifugal machines and also for slitting, milling, tapping, gear hobbing & cutting machines.
"LUBOMATIC" microfog lubricating systems are available in the reservoir capacities of 1, 3, 5, 8 and 10 litres.

Multipoint Lubrication Systems are used for centralised lubricaton of machine like sugar machines, cement machinery, rolling mills, calendering machines, water pumps, hammers etc. These are avaliable with electronic control pnel.

Lubomatic Mist Lubrication System

In mist lubrication system oil is converted into very small automatic droplets (1 to 5 micron) in a smoothly flowing air, which is called as Oil-Mist. The mist helps to form thin oil film on the area to be lubricated. Mist lubrication system is supplied in the reservoir capacity ranging from 1.5 ltrs. to 3 ltrs
